Account and Team
Manage your profile, organizations, members, integrations, and notification choices.
Open Settings at app.hellyeahai.com/settings, or choose Settings from the account menu.
Profile
Use Profile to manage the name, email, sign-in methods, and security settings attached to your user account.
Your user profile is different from the Brand Profile. The user profile identifies you. The Brand Profile describes the business.
Organization
Use Organization to manage the active organization's name, members, and invitations.
Organization data stays separate. Before changing a member or integration, check the organization name in the switcher.
Switch organizations
Open the organization switcher in the Dashboard shell and choose another organization. Overview, Campaigns, Brand, Studio, Wallet, and Tracking reload for that organization.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings > Organization.
- Open the member or invitation section.
- Enter the teammate's email.
- Send the invitation.
The teammate must sign in with the invited email or an account that owns that address.
Only an organization owner can send invitations. A new invite joins as a member.

Create an organization
Use the organization switcher to create another organization. Use one organization per business to keep brand, money, and campaign data separate.

Setup for Google Tag Manager and Shopify starts from Tracking. Read Integrations for installation, verification, and removal steps.
Notifications
Notification preferences belong to your user account. They do not change when you switch organizations.
Use the broad control to turn all supported notifications on or off. Use the notification rows to choose topics and delivery channels. The current Dashboard includes campaign email notifications.
Account and organization limits
The Dashboard does not expose organization deletion. Do not delete a Hellyeah organization through a connected identity provider or external API. The Hellyeah Wallet and campaign records may remain while access disappears.
Contact support before attempting permanent organization removal. Use Prepare a support request and include the organization name, without credentials.
