Top up the wallet, set campaign budgets, and cancel spend safely in WhatsApp.
AIMA uses the same prepaid wallet as the SDK.
Top up
Message AIMA on WhatsApp at +1 (480) 864-0862:
Top up my wallet with $200.
AIMA replies with a Stripe Checkout link. You tap it, enter payment details, and confirm the amount. AIMA cannot charge a card without your approval.
Launch budget
Campaigns debit their budget from the wallet as soon as you confirm submission. Internal review does not debit it again. If the wallet balance is too low, AIMA pauses and asks for a top-up.
Daily caps
The budget you approve at launch is the campaign cap. AIMA cannot raise it without asking.
Cancellations
Message AIMA in the same WhatsApp thread:
Cancel the campaign that's underperforming.
Before Google Ads setup, withdrawal returns the full budget immediately. Once the campaign reaches Google Ads, cancellation stops new spend and returns the unspent amount after the platform settlement window.
